What do you mean by "data orchestrator"?

It orchestrates data you are licensed to use through provider APIs. It does not scrape.
Can I just paste this page into Claude or ChatGPT and say "use this"?
Yes. ChainRM is a remote MCP server: add app.trychainrm.com/mcp as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT and every capability shows up as native tools. Or with browsing on, your AI reads our machine-readable guide and loads the full capability map (a mixture of experts: identity, on-chain signals, network graph, outreach, CRM, connectors) with typed inputs and examples, so it knows everything it can do up front. It can even prove value before you sign up by resolving a wallet from public data. You approve the plan and payment; the agent can never approve a send or move money on your behalf.
What are on-chain signals?
For crypto and fintech BD, ChainRM can attach an EVM wallet to a contact and score it on treasury size and on-chain activity across 60+ chains. You learn which counterparties are real and active before you spend time on them. That is a signal a generic CRM has no way to see.
Can I reach someone from just their wallet address?
Yes, the way that actually works. ChainRM resolves a wallet to the identity the owner published: ENS text records, Farcaster, and Lens carry their Twitter, Telegram, email, and website. So a bare address becomes a real handle you can message on a channel they already use, then route through the human-approved outreach engine. We do not send dust transactions or spam the chain, which nobody reads anyway. We find the person and reach them where they are.
Is this a Telegram bot?
No. ChainRM connects to your own Telegram account through the official Telegram API, so it works with all your existing chats and groups. Nothing to add to your conversations, no bot in your groups.
Can I export my data and cancel anytime?
Yes to both, and we mean it. Settings has a Data & Privacy panel: one click exports everything you own as machine-readable JSON, and one click permanently deletes your account. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contract, no auto-renewal trap, and no cancellation fee. Your data is yours to take with you.
How does pricing work? Any hidden fees?
Flat monthly plans: Free, Pro at $29, Desk at $99. No onboarding fee, no setup fee, no per-seat surprise, no paid support tier. Core CRM, automation, and reporting are in the base plans, not paywalled add-ons. You pay for scale, not for basic capability, and you can see every limit before you upgrade.
Is my data secure?
Your Telegram session and any connector credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and your messages stay between you and Telegram. ChainRM stores only the CRM data you create: contacts, deals, campaigns, and tags. You can export or hard-delete all of it at any time.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
You drop to the Free plan automatically. No charge, no lockout. Your data stays; the Pro limits simply apply until you upgrade.
Can I import existing contacts?
Yes. Import from CSV, scrape from any Telegram chat or group, or sync your existing Telegram contact list. Duplicate detection merges the overlaps.
Does it work with group chats?
Yes. Scrape members from groups, bulk-manage group membership and admin rights, and track group conversations alongside DMs.
Can I plug my own AI or agent into it?
Yes. Generate a scoped API key in Settings and any agent that can call an HTTP API can create contacts, tasks, and deals, or queue outreach into the human approval gate. Task detection itself runs on Claude with your own Anthropic key.
Can I use it for Discord too?
